Dr. Rajpal Performs Epioxa™ Milestone
We’re proud to share an exciting milestone in Keratoconus treatment at See Clearly. Dr. Rajesh Rajpal recently performed one of the first Epioxa™ procedures in the United States, bringing this next-generation, less invasive cross-linking option to patients in our region.
Epioxa™ is a newer, less invasive (epithelium-on) and FDA-approved treatment option designed to strengthen the cornea with improved comfort and recovery.
This milestone is especially meaningful given Dr. Rajpal’s role in the development of this technology during his time as Chief Medical Officer at Avedro, the company that pioneered corneal cross-linking and was later acquired by Glaukos.
